Early 19th century mahogany stick barometer by Worthington & Allan, London; the enclosed arched and silvered register fitted with a thermometer; the richly-coloured case with a chevron veneered ground and a hemi-spherical cistern-cover. Worthington & Allan are known to have been working at 196 Piccadilly from 1821 to 1846.
