A bow-fronted marine barometer in a well-figured rosewood case with mother of pearl inlay by J W Blakeney of Sunderland Hull and Glasgow complete with brass weighted reservoir.  Ivorine face and thermometer with ivory knob and an old brass gimbal.

J W Blakeney is recorded as working 1861 - 73
