Unusually large George III period cube-parquetry tea caddy; the top, front and side panels cross-banded in rosewood and inlaid with a dense arrangement of many specimen timbers; the interior fitted with two caddies with hinged mahogany covers and a central bowl compartment; the inside of the lid veneered in burr maple.
