Regency period mahogany reading table

Regency period mahogany reading table;  the rectangular hinged and adjustable top with an ebony-lined inlay and rounded corners on a ring-turned and ebonised column with three scrolling legs inlaid and standing on brass-ball feet.  The underside with its original gilt-brass collar hinged quadrant, knob and catch.  Circa 1815

Top:  17 ¼” (44cm) wide, 14 ½” (37cm) deep and 28 ¾” (73cm) high to max height of 39 ½” (100cm)
