Regency period carved and gilt wood convex mirror; the plate within an ebonised reeded slip and a bold reeded frame encircled by trailing laurel leaves, surmounted by oak leaves and acorns below a bracket supporting a hippocampus; the base with acanthus leaves. A particularly charming piece.
