Pair of early nineteenth century Continental stools; the serpentine stuff-over seats covered (about 20 years' ago) in cream woven horsehair with brass trim; on pale beech turned and tapering legs with simulated ivory bands, The seat-rails retain their original cross-struts and old webbing.  Circa 1810
