Mid 18^th century mahogany side chair with a pierced vase shape vertical splat with carved leaf detail to the shoulders, the cresting rail shaped with scrolling ends, with fine carved detail in the rococo taste; with a loose seat covered in a later tapestry;  square moulded legs and stretchers.  Good colour and patination.  Circa 1750
