Edwardian mahogany envelope table standing on shaped cabriole legs with an open fretwork stretcher; original baize and gilt leather banding and unusual copper metal counter wells. Top swivels and opens to a playing surface.  Single drawer with an ivorine maker’s label:  “W. RICHARDSON, 7 & 12, PARK LANE, LEEDS.” * Circa 1908

22” (56cm) wide/deep (closed) and 30” (76cm) wide/deep when open and 29½” (74cm) high
