Early 20th century mahogany side-cabinet in the Hepplewhite manner; of shallow serpentine form, cross-banded throughout and with ivory knob-handles. This fine quality cabinet is in the character of the traditional furniture made by two of the leading Scottish cabinet-makers of the late 19th/early 20th Centuries, Whytock & Reid of Edinburgh and Whylie & Lockhead of Glasgow.
