An unusual late 19th century French heart-shaped work-table of Louis XV character decorated with floral marquetry in Kingwood and rosewood, on three slender cabriole legs with ormolu feet. The interior fitted with a mirror and various compartments lined with purple silk; also with a similarly-lined spring-released segmental box.
