An eighteenth/nineteenth century Japanese lacquered table cabinet; the interior fitted with seven variously-sized drawers with aventurine speckled linings and gilt chrysanthemum facings, enclosed by a pair of doors decorated with gilt pagodas, rockwork and trees, and mounted with engraved gilt-brass straps, handles and lock-plate. On a later plain black stand.
